At Skyland Management we currently acquire both existing assets as well as property for development and redevelopment. We rely on in-house research capabilities as well as a vast network of resources to develop well-defined investment strategies while working in concert with lenders, borrowers, and operating partners, often times through the recapitalization of distressed debt.
